That means:
Open NationsV2.zip in your favorite unzip utility, click extract, choose the media subfolder in your SDOE installation path (usually c:\program files\fighter squadron\media), check "All files" and "Use folder names", click "Extract".

Thanks for answering it Pachy, I don't have much forum time so I don't pop in here very often.

Perhaps for Nv3 I will include a photo of a boxing-ring-maid holding up a sign with the install instructions on it, perhaps that will be easier to spot than the first two lines in the readme *lol*.
