Crashing to desktop

Comet Cadet	posted 09-09- 08:20 PM Wonder if anyone can help! During some missions, not all, as soon as I acheive my mission objective SDOE jumps out to desktop. Even during training exercises! I just flew the p-38 on a bombing exercise and as soon as I hit the ju-88 target the game CDT's. I'm running a pentium 3 700, 128 mb ram, and a voodoo 3/1000 with 16mb ram. I've installed plane pack 5.3 and nations 1.0 and other than this the game runs perfectly. I'm going to try to remove nations and the plane pack respectively to see if thats whats causing the probs. But whats next? IP: Logged
Diego Lozano Pilot	posted 09-09- 08:35 PM Whenever I get a CTD with a mission, I open up the mission in the editor and replace the plane with a "safe" plane. In this case try another P-38 or Ju-88 and see if it still CTDs. IP: Logged

Sunray Pilot	posted 09-10- 11:00 AM On the other hand, you should have Patch 1.5, Nations 2 and Plane Pack 6.1 or at least 6.0 installed. You're having some kind of software conflict and the machine doesn't know what to do so it does nothing and stops. Kind of like governments. Don't worry about patch .9 for now. IP: Logged
