on top of the massively slow FPS i'm experiencing,in P1529, more fun! in almost everyAC type i'm trying to fly(pp6.1 and P1529), I experience a massive amount of tourque to the left, and have to fight( cranked all the way to the right) to go right. this is not just in AC's that have a lot of tourque. Is this an FM change? or would it be a problem with Joystick(MS-sidewinder precision pro)( one year old)? haven't had this occur before, any advice?IP: Logged |

Try reinstalling the software? disable "poll with interupts" in the properties ......------------------ "bangURdead" IP: Logged |

GP,My MS sidwinder did the same thing. All planes (in different games too) wanted to do a hard left roll with stick neutral position. My solution...... new stick! ------------------ Archer ^I^ IP: Logged |

Well, gonna be in the market for a new stick. It's gone from rolling to the left, to a power dive, regardless of flaps and power. ( yeah, I know,it's called gravity!!) Any suggestions/recommendations?[This message has been edited by Ground Pounder (edited 09-05-2001).] IP: Logged |

Are you having this problem in other games?I became addicted to my MS Precision Pro. I use the 16 programable keys extensively in SDOE (hate to use the keyboard when flying, especially two-key commands). So when my stick crapped out I bought a new one on Ebay since they don't make the 16 button one anymore. IP: Logged |

OK, you are cordially invited to line up and give me a boot in the butt! ( always check under the hood!) The connector pin wasn't completely pushed in!! some how, it came partially unseated, I re connected, and gravity is no longer insurmountable!!! D-OOOOHHH!!IP: Logged |
