Well, that'll teach me to go away for three months! did a bunch of DL'ing,(new server.dat, new key files, WW1pp2.exe) thought I set it up right, and.... 1. SDOE Beeper won't work. 2.can't get online( even if I see people on TS' site) I can only get as far as the lobby screen, and see no one. 3. my R button don't work,anymore(on the range map) does this make sense? is it fixable? or am I destined for another re install? 1 Beeper doesn't work when people are flying using the patch2 Remember, if they're currently playing a game, you won't see anyone in the lobby, even when TS's site says people are there. They have to exit the game for you to see them. 3. When the Me163 was added, the developer used the R key for the Jagfaust and moved the map to ALT R. I'm testing out a new keyboard inp file that has all of the commands when the game was released mapped to their original keys. This has required moving some of the user added commands. I'm going to post it for testing tomorrow night after I've tried some more planes on it. I'll send you a copy of the file if you want it with a list of the changes. Whew! 1. when you say patch, do you mean 1.5.2.9? 2. understood. however, can't see them even if they are listed as being in lobby, not just in game. 3. thought R key was used for changing ranges ,on range map. D-OH! IP: Logged | |
