You press the "S" key and by using your number keys you can explore the terrain very quickly. Maybe to see damage to targets or if you're retexturing some terrain, you wont need to wait until the plane gets you there.

I musta done somethig really stupid. There I was about to attack an evil Nazi airfield when I accidentally pushed the 's' key. I found myself in the same mission but without the original Typhoon I started it in. And it wouldn't go back. Is this supposed to happen or did I slip through a portal into the Twilight Zone?

Did you guys know that by hitting enter in Slew mode, you can drop bombs, and by pushing 4, you can shoot rockets and by hitting A , 6 or T, or combination of those, just experiment, you can shoot flak and even create mid-air explosions. It's cool for making special effects videos .

Sunray, just press "S" again to return to your plane.
