I downloaded upgrade of the sea mosquito TR33 and when I try to take off from carrier the RATOn doesn't work.

I open the keyboard.inp and I have the line cmdRATO = X.

so I don't understand what to do

I have PP6.0 and the patch 1.5.2.8

If I remember rightly the answer here is an easy one.. the RATO doesn't work with patch *.8, just use the standard 1.5 patch setup and you should be fine.

The Rato now works in the latest patch thanks to Mace I believe as do all Mace's Navy types .Go to downloads section for Mossie Seafire and Sea Hurricane.

Grandcharles nice to see you're getting into carrier flying! Jerry had a similar problem a while ago. It is due to the position of cmdRATO = X in some keyboard.inp files. Try moving this command up a line or two or even into the Primary flight controls section. If this does not work just e-mail me a copy of your keybaord.inp file.

I think the problem is somewhere else because I have a double installation of SDOE, one with only 1.5 patch PP6.0 and NationsV2 and the other with allteh stuff I can found (alpha, bata versions) and the 1.5.2.8 patch and pp6.1.

with the first install all works fine (RATO), when I put the keyboard.inp in the second folder it doesn't work. I also notice that in the first install, the command for the mistel works and not in the second.
