Author Topic:   OPS Problem Vau Pilot posted 03-11- 05:44 AM                Trying to start OPS I get an error beep and the Messages: "D3D failed to init, OPS will exit, check output pane..."/"An error occured while creating the device.000", no matter which version of OPS I use. Direct X 7.0 is installed, D3D works propperly with other Software. I use an AMD 1K with Voodoo5 and Win 98SE. Any suggestions?
