A while back, I reinstalled SDOE & all that extras (no small task!BTW!) I downloaded The new car, installed it, fired up SDOE, ready to drive, but found I had no FRANCE or CANADA,??????, whatz up wit dat??? Yes, I've installed Nations V2, in fact reinstalled but no go, any ideas?hip63

hipThere isn't a Canada...yet - it's being developed at the moment. France... 1) Under Squadrons, move your mouse over the country names and then scroll down. Sometimes not all names show up - this is a known SDOE 'bug'. 2) If it still doesn't show up, open up your Stringtable.ppf file. Scroll down until you see country names listed. It should look like this : strUnitedStates "United States"
strGreatBritain "Great Britain"
strGermany "Germany"
strJapan "Japan"
strItaly "Italy"
strSovietUnion "Soviet Union"
strAustralia "Australia"

I have nations2. I can see France and the squadrons but when I try to create a french pilot I have a CTD. has someone a idea ?IP: Logged |

GrandCharles, there's a known problem in NV2 with the french version. This is due to a Nations team member running into the "extended characted in unit names problem"! The fix is: http://perso.club-internet.fr/gledimet/StringTable.zip install in your media folder. IP: Logged |
