T. Bennett Cadet	posted 01-12- 12:20 AM Just had to let you all know after ALL your kind responses to my problem and attempts to help. Fighter Squadron is now operational!! Goth it was your reply that got me thinking outside the box and away from the CD read problem. I recently upgraded to a newer video card and had forgotten to disable the onboard video on my system. All I had to do was move one jumper and-bingo, SDOE is working. The system was crashing because the game could not overcome the 3d cards conflicting. I hope all of you will be as patient with me once I start pestering you about the Flying details of the game! Once agin, my thanks to you all- IP: Logged

(It was too different) Even uninstalled it. But I kept reading this (Pete's original) Board and though I would give it another try. Been hooked ever since. IP: Logged

goth Pilot	posted 01-12- 10:11 AM Glad you are up and running. I hope to see you online sometime. Be sure to get the online standard into your system (see links on this board). I'll be happy to get shot down by you when you do venture online. Then I can add another mark to the side of my pc of pilots who shot me down. It looks more impressive than the 2 or 3 kills I've had in two years. We fly online at the cali 12 (California12) server. There are flights most often between 9:00 cst till well after 12:00 am cst. On Saturdays there is a large group that plays at about 3:00 or 4:00 cst till late in the evening. ------------------ goth =FC= IP: Logged
