Hey plp, me again
Is there any missions in the game to do bomb runs with the b-17?? i cunt find this kind of mission.. Im a lover of b-17 ( and all WW2 bombers) but i found only mustangs and lightnings missions. I have tryed to select b-17 squadrons but nothing happens!!

Hi Daniel,There are many user-made b17 missions on the web. The game may not have many (or any at all) but you can check out my site for some missions and campaigns with B17s and more. Link is below: ------------------

Try the Dover terrain "B-17 Attack" Choose the Carpetbaggers for the squadron.You can fly bombers in any mission that has them under 2 conditions.
1. You pick the right nationality for your pilot. (A British pilot can't choose to fly for an American squadron)
2. You pick the bomber squadron when starting the mission There are other missions with B-17's, and many more with Lancasters or Ju-88's ------------------

DirectX 8 is most assuredly at the MS site. Go to their download section or do a search. Let us all know if itr screws up the game. Some of the guys have had trouble with DirectX in the past.IP: Logged |

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYBODY!!!  ))
Hey..i have downloaded dx8..installed and everything was OK. I got the latest driveers for my video card (3dfx voodoo 3-3000). But, in directx dialog, it still says that my board drivers are NOT certified by Directx.. Perhaps, i have turned my color pallet to 32bits, and the game worked OK in glide mode!!now, 3dfx isnt compatible(!!!) with d3d??? thaks a lotHugs

the reason the d3d drivers aren't certified by directx is because your drivers are newer then the latest version of direct x, it doesn't mean it's not compatibleIP: Logged |
