Hi all, Just bought FS and it seems pretty great for a boxed game. I love the 109 and would really like to know how to add it to the game, along with the many other aircraft. Is there some kind of aircraft update package u can get? I have seen alot of skins of other aircraft, but limited actual new planes. Would appreiciate any links or info..... thnx

hey
i think Spoonman is da man.)
he has compiled a cd and u can order it from him ($5 or so) ..
we have planepack 6.0 (ww2 +some jets..like harrier, f86 sabre)
and also some new terrains (pacific, tundra, dover night, winter..), must not forget ww1 planepack (ww1 pp 2.0 in development)
and so on..
u won't be disappointed when u see what u got with that cd..let me just tell u that there are several versions of bf109 (emil, dora, gustav, and so on, also dora for fw190 - u know the long nose 
the list can be as big as empire state building.)
so..no hesitating and buy that CD from Spoonman (u pay for the cd and post, not commercial)

http://www.fightersquadron.com/standard.php3 The "Help for Newbie" link on the Fighter Squadron home site is designed to get the new guys everything the need to play online. People that don't play on line would still benefit fromt he downloads since they give you all the add-ons and new features that have been released. All the 109's are included in Planepack 6.0 109 E-4
109 F-7
109 G-6

Hey Bahtz.. believe me, there are over double the aircraft out of the box!You need the following things:
Official patch 1.5
Nations V2
PP6
and I think you also need the WW1 pack, I don't think the ww1 aircraft are included in PP6 (plane pack 6)
The above can be found I'm sure at http://www.simfiles.com/ Also, if you visit my site, there are 3 other terrains there, Snowy Dover, Midway and generic PTO (Pacific Theatre of Operations) aswell as a number of ground units, although the majority of these are now included in PP6 . If you think the game is good out of the box (unlike the rest of us) you'll love it once you've gotten all the updates, it may take some time as they tend to be big downloads, but they are well worth it Welcome to the world of SDOE/P ~Nat~
