After Un-install make sure you run a Thourough Scandisk! on you hardrive!
Use the latest DirectX 7o.a or 8 with you hardware!Make sure the c:\program files\Fighter Squadron directory has been deleted,,delete it manually!
Then Run SDOE Install....
after installation immediatly try loading the game before applying the patches and updates
It should work from a basic install!
Maybe clean you original SDOE CD if it's dirty or scratched you could have problems
Then after a succesful Install ONLY ,,you can then apply the SDOE 1.5 Patch!
Then Apply Nations 2.0 if you got it and then ww1 plane Pack then finally the Planepack 6.0.
