I have been crashing to desktop when I start any Yak mission. I have no training missions for this plane. Is it my Nations install? IP: Logged |

What version do you have? How up-to-date are you in the FS:SDOE universe?IP: Logged |

I down loaded the 1.5 patch, nations 2, WWI and pp6. I have flown other planes on and off line since then.

My guess is that you need Nations 1 as that has the Soviet Union, ya know for the Yak to be put some place. Snake IP: Logged |

I tried to find Nations 1, but Abbefield only list Nations 2. I do not find any other countries listed in my game, though I may not know where to look.IP: Logged |

Download Nations 2. It has Russia as a country. (Along with Japan, Italy, Australia and France) To find out what countries you have, just click on that drop down menu that has the country listed, then scroll down.IP: Logged |

Sport, I had the same problem with the Yak after I downloaded PP6 (The Yak worked fine before then). I ended up reinstalling the Yak3v1b.zip that I had previously saved. I don't know if this is the most current version of the Yak, but it works now. Despite what's being said on the forum, I have had problems with several planes that worked okay prior to the installation of PP6. In some cases a/c are gone completely (see my post in this section regarding the FW-190A4). Good luck, G-manIP: Logged |
