Hi. No, you haven't heard of me. I've tried loading the Beaufighter Ver 2 a couple of times and it refuses to work. Unzipped it as per the readme and added the required lines in the start up, goes to start page and crashes. Does it require the Nations stuff? Which screws up my machine. Cel 500, Crystal everything(video, etc) 64M RAM, 8M video RAM, I think. It's not a big deal though, considering all the other stuff that works just fine. (Like the Typhoon Campaign, great fun)Thanks, ya'll.IP: Logged |

It may be a problem with the startup.ppfThis file contains info on airfoils, weapons etc. and if the plane uses something that isn't listed here....crash! Check the readme file carefully, and see if there are any changes you need to make in this area. good luck! IP: Logged |

Thanks. I kind of suspected, well, knew it was operator failure. I'm guessing this is why anything that doesn't work right doesn't. It all smacks of programming which I ain't. Technicians fix the stuff programers wreck  IP: Logged |
