Archer Pilot	posted 11-07- 05:13 PM During an online mission my video will just go bad. Please look at the screen shot posted for me by Kayara at this forum site under topic "How do I post a screen shot?". I will be flying, everything is great then all of the sudden it does that. I have not figured any particular pattern, to what causes this, example F1 to F2, etc. I can say that after exiting the current online mission, back to lobby, then to new mission that it does not clear. The only way to clear the problem, once it starts is to completely exit SDOE and restart the sim again. The problem is real intermittant, it does not happen very often, but when it does, more than half way through mission, very upsetting! If anyone else has had this happen please tell me, maybe we can pinpoint the cause. Thanks, & "Watch your Six!" ------------------ Archer ^I^ IP: Logged
Mighty General	posted 11-08- 12:20 PM I know you started another thread on this. I don't remember the advice you got there. The symptoms you describe sound a lot like either, drivers gone bad or your graphics chip getting overheated. Try reinstalling your drivers or upgrading to the latest. And put a CPU fan on your graphics chip. If it already has one then make certain it has plenty of airflow around it to actually do its work. IP: Logged
Hawker Pilot	posted 11-12- 07:30 PM Hmm i have has a similair problem I think.It was off line i was in the p-51 escorting 3 b-17 on a very cloudy day with 3 190's commimg at us and flak shooting.Everthing was great fps were good started to head back to base and my graphics went wierd....Outside view looked like my p-51 was taking grond textures on the wings the prop started glowing.and cockpit guages all messed up.Only happened to me once so far tho. I am using a voodoo 4500 agp with latest drivers direct x 8 and 128 pc133 ram on a p3-600 IP: Logged
