Yes, you need someplace that you can access via a url. Many ISP accounts used to come with a few meg of web space. You might check with yours and see if that's the case. There are several free web hosting services. Xoom doesn't work, because they won't let you link directly to a picture. I think there's one that does, but I don't remember which one.
