Has anyone experienced this problem with their Sidwinder Precision Pro?
I'm looking forward and decide to use my hat switch to look out over my wing. Then it will not let me look forward again. Is it just me or has anyone else experienced this? I've checked the calibration and it's fine. Thanks for any replies...

Weasel, it's been a long time since I set up my Precision Pro but try this. The hat switch defaults to forward view so program your "forward" hat position to something else. I use "forward-up" to see what's ahead and above. I seem to recall a conflict when both the default (center) position and a button are programed for the same thing.

I am assuming you are using the MS Profiler. If not, try it and see if this helps.

Yes.. this happens with my SwFFPro v1. What I did was program the hat functions to pan around the cockpit. Tip: take the numlock key off before you program the hat and use "SHIFT+8 SHIFT+4" to to look up and left (for example).

Thanks for the tips. I'll try reprogramming.

I think the re-calibrating with the num lock off fixed the problem! Thanks again...
