Yep.....learnt that the hard way!

updated explorer the the latest 5 release a little while ago. Screwed my set up, had to re-configure my E-mail to get it to work, Hotmail now crashes for a pst-time and I am sure it runs slower than it used to!

Progress...PAH!

Guess what- it does run slower in some areas.

The WWW consortium is screaming at MS about IE 5.5 because it doesn't follow the standards set for HTML especially cascading style sheets. Once again MS is trying to make everyone conform to a nonstandard MS "standard".

Screw em'

If you have 5.5, you'll need to install Netscape, as sooner or later, you'll hit pages IE 5.5 won't display properly that worked in IE 5.

Thanks again to the prima donnas at Seattle for another "great innovation". Just be glad Gateas isn't a politician.
