Try pushing "8" on your keyboard before you drop the torpedo/s. This will enable single-fire mode. Pushing "7" will make all bombs/torpedos drop. This method works for conventional bombs and rockets in SDOE.

The torpedo's are in the same place where normally bomb are (not in the bomb bay, but under the wing, each pylon 1 torpedo)

If the bombs that originally used those plylons would not drop individually then the Torps can not be dropped individually, on the Ju88 and its derivatives the wing pylons will only all drop at same time. Nat has done some work on this for his A10, use the messageboard search facility to look for A10 posts for more info.

Theres a very simple answer to this, with some explination.

OK, first the answer: You Can't

Next, the explination: OK, this is how things work, any pylon, wether it be for a bomb or rocket has the ability to release 1 weapon attached to it, or all weapons attached to it, as standard you're set to release all (denoted by the R for Ripple), by pressing the 8 you can set this to Single (denoted buy the S).

Now, here's the thing, since almost everyones bomb mounts only carry 1 bomb, it gets released wether you press 8 or not, cause it's the only bomb attached there. If you had a TERs mount with 3 hardpoints on a single pylon you could release 1 bomb/torpedoe/missile from 1 hardpoint on that pylon.

A way I first got rounf this problem was to build a pylon with 11 hardpoints that spanned the wingspan of the aircraft, because this is actually a single mount it allowed me to drop 1 bomb at a time, problem is, if you lose a wing tip, or win, the pylons hardpoints are still there.

If I haven't explain well enough heres an example.

The A10 has 10 pylons, 4 only have a single hardpoint, and 6 have TERS with 3 hardpoints, so, a max loadout of 22 bombs.

Now, when I select bombs and press 8, then arm them, on the first bomb run when I press the release the single hardpoint pylons release their single bombs, the TERS mounts release the weapon attached to hardpoint 1 on the remaining 6 pylons, so I release 10 bombs, leaveing 12 bombs still attached to the TERS, then next release drops from hardpoint 2 on those 6 mounts, meaning 6 drop, and 6 remain.

The thing is, with the torpedo you don't want TERS you need a mount like I first created, but it does have problems as I stated above.

You could ofcourse build a pylon with 2 hardpoints, thereby letting you place 2 torps on it and fit it only to that wing section where they should be, then atleast you'd only drop 2 out of the 4 and if the wing became detached the mount goes with it so it doesn't look freaky.

Well, hope thats understandable.. LOL, I probably went over the top trying to clarify it.
