Well, to start you'll need a paint program, something along the lines of Paintshop, Photoshop etc. In that program open up a skin that you'd like to modify and go to town. There was a tutorial up on the Warpaint Factory's website but, I think it may be closed now. Werner may be the one that has it now, check with him on it. IP: Logged
