yes i believe it is possible. i think you go to primary flight controls and where it says
inpstickXanalog you replace the word joystick with mouse. do that with the y axis fosta. i hope that helps

inpStickXAnalog = mouseAxisX
inpStickYAnalog = mouseAxisY

This is how I have my pc set up using the mouse. If you just add these lines to your keyboard.inp file you should be all set.

Very well Bulldog1 It works fine !
But flying Lancaster MkI and selecting one of its guns , iam still facing some problems.

My mouse is the Logitech Trackball stationary and even making a good sensitivy tuning , the left and right up down movements arent good in combat .

Then i ve tried to add two more commands as shown bellow .

inpStickXAnalog = MouseAxisX | LeftArrow : -2.0 | RightArrow : 2.0
inpStickYAnalog = MouseAxisY | UpArrow : -2.0 | DownArrow : 2.0

It worked with the plane on ground but during the flight something happened . No move of any gun and using the mouse the plane started to move also even with the autopilot on.

I think the -2.0 and 2.0 is too high because seems that the default value is 0.75 for the stick. Iam not sure .
