OK...so on my "on-line' compatible SDOE install, where the only thing in it is the PP 4.3 and b, Contest Pack, and Patch, I will be happily flying a plane (doesn't matter which one)...and just as the action is getting good...boom...back to the desktop. It isn't a startup.ppf thing because as I said I have nothing extra in there and I start out fine...so what causes this?

LOL, are you flying one of your own missions? Sorry, I had to ask that.

Since the war started I,ve been practicing offline using more involved missions and after completing the objective returning to base to land, I use my online install for these as the settings are the same. The time in a mission has obviously increased and I have noticed that after 15 to 25 mins I sometimes get a CTD, some missions seem to be more affected than others and it usually happens when a lot is going on graphically eg airfield blowing up etc. I've put this down to the AGP TNT2 board so far, but it is not overclocked and I have had a fan fitted, in addition changing to different drivers does not affect it. Stumped for another reason.
