Hello Everyone.
I have been able to chang skins in planes that have folders but I am trying to add Jeeves Africa missions and the tiffs for the Spitfire MV Kb have no folder to go into. I created a folder but my game still sees the default MVkb. It appears to me that that means the spits are in ParFiles. Someone please guide me on my reasoning as I am fairly new to this. If this is true then how do you manpullate the par files? And is there a standard way to deal with planes that don't have folders. I prefer to have my game set up with individual folders for each plane.
Thank You

jwalk,

If you use Spyder's Chameleon for your skins it will automatically make the skin folders for you. Chameleon also makes swapping out the skins a whole lot easier.

JW, you must have made a mistake when creating the folders for the skins, the way Par files work is that they are read, but will be overwritten by anything in the aircraft folder. So if you created the folders correctly etc. then this would overwrite what the parfile says, if nothing else, check the folder names and make sure you have the branched correctly, I can't help more cause I don't know the actual foldername for the VB

Your folder for that plane should simply be "Spit"...and as for the other spits:

"Spit1a"
"spitix"

And yes--I recommend Spyder's Chameleon as well...makes the skin swapping much easier.
