Anyone know this mission?,,,I followed the waypoints, my AI shot down all the BF-109's, My B-17 demolished everything along the way, but when i get to the red "x" and dump more then enough bombs, it doesnt dissapear or turn black like usual. LOL is it me or did i take out something too early in the mission?
FYI,,,i have unlimited ammo on,dont know if that should effect anything. Anyone know this mission?

may be you just missed. use the bomb sight in bombers. you have to drop early taking speed into account. or do you already know this. try another mission a bomb the target. do your bombs hit and don,t blow up? then you may have to arm the weapons.

After the bombs drop hit F4 and follow them down to see what they are doing. If they bounce but don't explode they are not armed. F4 again will bring you back to the plane.

You can also hit the S key and slew to examine the target area for damage.

Even if you miss the target, if your bombs are exploding they will leave explosion craters on the terrain.

Yeah bombs are armed i press F4 to watch the destruction of something on the ground which disappears after i hit it, but the "red" X remains I will try the slewing thing like mentioned with the "S" key.
