Thanx to all who gave advice with my dilemma, I finally got those engine sounds back, it appears i was missing the sounds.ppf in the directory. But also concluded that the contestpak after installed wasn't giving me the sounds. So i downloaded all patches and tried them one by one till i found the problem.
My question now is, how do i test fly the P47 from the hangar menue. i think it has something to do with the "startup.ppf" file.
I mean it isn't that big of a deal but i do want the game to run perfectly. Since this is a great game, and I am a simulator junkie.Thanx again to all who replied  IP: Logged |

There wasn't a hangar mission for the P47 at the time I did the contest pack so you will just have to settle for flying the training missions.IP: Logged |

Why not just build your own hangar mission - isn't that just a mission with only one plane and no waypoints ?Swiv (?) - try to find a readme for the P47 - it will (should) contain some infos what to do with the startup.ppf and such things... LK  IP: Logged | |
