Nope, it works fine! But other's will not see your new skin - they will see the skin that they have installed for that aircraft

ok then i know enough hehe let mee install some skins then i downloaded a few from some sites i have corel draw/fotho paint 7 dont know if i could create my own with it

Sv, I don't think that is right I could be wrong but I wouldn't mess with online aircraft. The only thing would be sounds and cockpits.

There's no way skins would cause a mismatch. I am sure some of you don't have some of the skins I do because a few were made purely for me- and I have not had any mismatches with them. It must be the sm files that cause them-- even a slight variation in these can cause problems...ask anyone who has successfully played online and I'm sure they all didn't have the same skins.

In addition to .sm files, we check loadouts and airfoils. I think that's everything.

der boom was using the Nations add-on which was causing problems. He has since re-installed SDOE etc without Nations and is now flying mis-match free.

What Mighty says. The skins have no connection with online mis-matches.
