Ladies and gentlemen, this is the "online standard" FW-190A4:

Its wings look like they were borrowed from the Me262.

How did this totally broken version made its way into the online standard? Well I know the PP5.3 was basically put up together and packed by only one person, and this is a hard and unrewarding task so I'm not flaming anyone, instead I would like to thank Razer for all this work. Now, given the PP are mandatory for online gaming, a more "official" procedure should allow us to eliminate those problems in future releases. A few of us need to volunteer and give every plane a look before calling the PP betas release versions.

But now, how can we fix this one? One more patch would be very confusing to all the new users out there. Shall we wait for the next PP?

Patchy,

The biggest problem is finding people to test the packs rigorusly. For the next pack I would like to have a longer beta testing period with a written criteria for testing. It would also help to have folks like you nitpick the hell outta the planes that some of us are not familliar with.

Step up and volunteer. We could always use more help

A written criteria is a good idea. Each plane should be checked with a "visual inspection" and basic FM testing (like, say, max speed @ given alt and a climb rate test).

Yes I volunteer for this work. Better get that DSL line installed soon though, because the PP are getting bigger and bigger
