Is there any way to create a mission with the mission editor with planes taking off from carriers? IP: Logged |

OK, so how do you create a mission where I take off from a carrier? The Mission Editor appears to only let you choose airfields as start points.IP: Logged |

After you place the Carrier where you want it. Note the X,Y coordinates of the Carrier. Place a Squadron at that X,Y coordinate. Be sure that have the properties set to, begin "at airfield" with an altitude and velocity of (0). This should place it on the Carrier for you. Then you can make final adjustments if you want.Good luck!

I just zoom in to the max and place them smack in the middle of the carrier, works every time. Shame about the ai though, I reckon they should be called au, artifical unintelligent. ------------------ IP: Logged |

dcolton,Download the Akagi.zip from http://models3d.webjump.com Also, download the Zero if you don't have it yet. I has a mission that already has 4 Zeros on the Akagi. You have to use a text editor to change it. ------------------ IP: Logged |
