I see many different skins out there. How do you change skins?
I know there is a program for this but it does not support all the planes.
So I guess what I want to know id how do you change skins without the utility?
Nothing like showing a little skin, eh?

Create a "Textures" folder for each plane in the FS directory. Whatever skins you have in that folder will be used by SDOE. Store your unused skins in another folder and just swap them back and forth as you wish.

Your directory will look like this:

Fighter Squdron/Media/Aircraft/(aircraft name)/Textures. (It may be "Texture" not "Textures". I'm not home to check)

Hey Maaco. The folder structure is:
Fighter Squadron/Media/Aircraft/P51d(or whatever)/Textures

Got to name the new texture to the default texture name before you put it into the texture folder i.e. p51d, p38jnewcopy, b17g etc. and be careful moving them around that you don't overwrite the original skin or whatever skin is in the folder when you put another one in or you lose one.

Maaco i dont use chameleon yet myself .But i do use a program called ground crew.What ya do is download a zip(has to be made to work in ground crew)My schemes are always made to work in it.So you just place them into the ground crew zip folder,no need to unzip them.When u open ground crew u see a lil thumbnail of the palne from a screen shot and pick install and it does it for ya.Zoys fs warpaint gallery has all the info u need for skins,how to make and install and most the folder names.folders have to be named exactly or it dont work.
