Not so much a help question as an advice question. I would like to purchase rudder petals. I have never had any before. So are there any recommendations. Have you had good luck, bad luck, hard time setting up. Do you have size 10 feet like me? I would like a consumer's report before I put down the cash. Any advice is very much appreciated.------------------ silas Fortune favours the brave. Demon's Runway

Well, they are a bit pricey, but CH pedals have proven their worth with me. I have also heard good things about SimPed, but I think they are pretty steep also...anyone use them?CH, Thrustmaster ( do they still make them since the 'merger'? ) and SimPed; I am sure there are others...

Thanks, the CH pedals were the ones I was looking at. If you received good service out of them I'm sure I will too. It's nice to hear (read) what an owner of a product thinks.------------------ silas Fortune favours the brave. Demon's Runway

I would build them on my onw. Its much cheaper and it gives your pedals a personal note Search for "rudder pedals" or so in the forum. There are some links and usefull stuff... LK IP: Logged |

Silas,I have CH Rudder Pedals, Normal not Pro. And Size 12 feet. The pedals are a bit small for my feet, but they are SOOO easy to set up in Windows 95/98 that even I could do it with no problems. Gets more difficult if you try to put them with Microsoft joysticks tho' ... so I've heard. Actually, next time, I will make my own ... it really looks like fun.
