Salut,
Is it possible to use the missions provided on the original CD for online play? There's a couple I would like to fly with a friend at home on my LAN.
If it is possible, how can I do that?
Thanks guys.

Yes you can, you just need to copy the mission from the folder it is in now (lets say Africa) and place it in the Multiplayer folder.

But.... (isn't there always a a but) you will need to use Hippies tools, and UnBig Data1.par file, all the missions are enclosed within that one, and copy it from there to your multiplayer missions folder within fighter squadron.

I don't understand your "but".
What is Hippies tool? What UnBig means?
I'm real newbie to FS:SDOE, so excuse my ignorance...

Jan, go to my site, into the d/l's section, and scroll down to Parfile tools, you need these, the part of the prog you will nedd to use is called BigMunger.. start that, then click on the UnBig tab. in there type this in the first window:
c:\program files\fighter squadron\media\data1.par

and in the second probably c:\temp\

This will uncompress Data1.par into your temp directory, so that it has a folder layout almost exactly the same as you see in your FS SDOE directory. Now you ccan go into it's missions folder, and copy any missions you want into your multiplayer folder.

Hope this helps
