As Zoy said, you need to disable those two lines.

1) Load the keyboard.inp from your main "...Programs\FighterSquadron" subdirectory using Windows Notepad or WordPad.

2) Either delete those two lines or you can insert the ";" character as the first character in the line. The semicolon sets that line as a remark and causes it to be ignored by the game.

3) Save the file back to your main FighterSquadron subdirectory and your set to go. (If you use WordPad be sure to select the save as text option during saving.)
