Subject line pretty much says it all. Curious what kind of image quality/performance you are getting with what driver. Mostly curious about SDOE but if you have other programs you've got performance improvement would like to hear it. Thanks

I'm using Nvidia's detonator 353 drivers. I went back to these after upgrading to something more recent that decreased performance and caused constant lockups. The 353 drivers together with directx 7 resulted in a significant improvement over whatever it was I had before. I was able to get a higher resolution and still maintain a good refresh rate. Sorry if that's a little vague.

The 353 drivers made my clouds flicker on the 'foggy' missions so I went back to the 2.x drivers.

The clouds always flicker unless I reduce the number of automatically generated mipmaps to zero. The edges between the grass and runway always get very fuzzy as well if this is not zero.

I tried alot of detonator and other drivers - almost no success. Now I use the newest ELSA drivers (ERAZOR III - TNT2 32 MB) with DX 7 and I can play EAW without any problem. SDOE - jaggy flickering textures and frame rates between 13 (B17) and 30-40 (single Fighter).

I tried to decrease the texture and object detail to minimum but the frame rate was the same as before
