Spanky here...

WOW man computers blow my mind how they can be so tempermental. All I can think of is maybe a driver thing. thats all i can think of.

Seems like most vid problems seem to be Drivers, Heat or just general computer crazyness.

Give us more info on your computer and the problems

Vid card and driver #s.

Does it only happen if you do ALT-W and Alt-I at the same time?

Is it happening with all text overlay stuff or just some?

Did it just start or has this been happening for a while?

If it just started latly has anything changed latly? (ie. vid card? drivers? any upgrades? bios tweaks?)

Drivers are a possible suspect.

Could it be that your desktop properties are set to "Large Fonts?"

I've had the same problem for a while. I got strange (but not large) fonts when I attempted to install Office 2k. All the text got f***ed up. I sat in front of my computer for a good two hours, having to reconfigure video cards, colours and font size and colour bla, bla, bla. Afterwards the text in SDOE became VERY strange, and so small I could hardly read it.
My computer is a P II 350, 64 MBRAM, 8 MB ATI 3d Rage Pro vid card, 36x cdrom, 6,4GB HD, stuffed with WWII games, 17 inch monitor, and of course: my good ol' Logitech Wingman Exreme Digital. It's the best stick on earth. I wouldn't swap it for anything, exept for the new Wingman, which is the same, save for a twist grip.

No, I haven't had any problems with my stick, Kraft.
But do anyone know what to do with those fonts?
