Is there a patch or method of controlling the P38j engines separately?

Press Shift and keyboard 1 or 2 (above letter Q) to start engines individually

press Control and keyboardd 1 or 2 to stop engines.

Press Shift keyboard 5 or 6 to feather props

Press Control and keyboard 5 or 6 to unfeather props.
