Recently uninstalled and re-installed SDOE on my system. I applied the 1.5 patch and it told me patch was succesful, however, I thought it stated ver. 1.5 on the lower left hand corner of opening interface screen? I'm not getting that. Any other way to verify that 1.5 is actually being used?

If I remember right...the message is only there with the new betas...but I'm realy not sure!

Check the installation path again...and then all should be ok. BTW: going online for check is best....hehe if you can't find anyone...you're not with us on 1.5

One thing to remeber is that the patch doesn't run from Sdemons.exe, it runs from app.exe. I think this was something to do with it not actually being a patch for SDOE but a generic Openplane release that just happened to work with the SDOE data.

If you are running the patch the version number will come up in the corner, if not then its probably not running.

Actually on second read of your post if your talking about the official patch then I can't remember. It would make sense for them to mark it in someway though.

The official patch did not show the version number on the main screen. You can find out what version you have by opening Explorer, right-clicking on sdemons.exe, select Properties and select the Version tab.
