I want to run high refresh rates in my games. My card and monitor will do 77Hz at 1200/1600 but I only get 60. Even if I set my refresh rate to 120 in the display properties I still get 60 in game.

I have heard of a program to lock your refresh at different settings for different rez but don't know what or where it is.

Any advice for the pc illiterate?
