Ok so I decided I was going to figure out how to use my free webpage space provided by my ISP.

Its only 5 megs (my last ISP was 10 maybe 50) small but not unworkable, I just wanted a small webpage and a space to host pics for posting in forums.

BUT they only allow 25 megs of transfer a month? Doesn't that sound a little low?

To me that sounds crazy.

So I know there isn't any good free web sites anymore. Everytime I try one its crap.

I'm pretty much willing to pay now.

But I could just change ISPs, this other one in town still only gives 5 megs but gives 75 megs of transfer, a little better I guess.

So does 25 or 75 sound like enough? or should I just pay for some dedicated space and bandwidth? If so who does it cheap?

Thanks for any help guys.

I set up a site with Brinkster....only to find that I had immediate bandwidth problems. I posted the DH2 hi-res, and hardly anyone could get it...

Most of the free space sites I have found either have tight bandwidth limits, or else limit the filesizes so much you can't put anything worthwhile on the site..

Try http://www.domaindlx.com
They got 15mb of space, unlimited bandwidth, ftp access and they support active server pages. I may switch my 50megs account over to these guys as 50megs took away all the conveniences that they used to have (no ftp, 12 mb of space instead of 50 mb etc.)
