Look at your link, you're still trying to link to an html document and not an image... a html documant is easy to tell, the url will end with html or htm. An image file on the other hand will usualy end with something like jpg, gif, bmp.

so, your link should look like this (remove the * )

[img*]http://www.users.qwest.net/~derralb29/texasraiders.jpg[/img*]

Note the ending is jpg You can get the url for a picture by doing this:
Right mouse click on the image itself and select "Properties", in the window that opens copy the url shown which should end in kpg/bmp/gif etc, then you can past the correct link into your ubb code.
