I have these MS Word documents that have some fancy end noting all set up, but when I use the distiller to turn them into .pdf documents all the links point to the last page of the end notes, and not to the page the end note is on. In the distiller I have the footnote and endnote links option checked. Any idea how to get this to link properly without manually changing each link? Thanks.
