Well looks like pearl harbor is going to do good.

Still not big on the whole love story part, but I guess it gets the girls in the theater and the great part is hopefully other people will see the money in ww2 air epics.

Note I didn't say it was going to be good, only that it was going to do good.

Box office smashes rarly seem very good to me.

Did you read the story falck? If your not sure why go to the first showing? Why not wait for the reviews?

I'll never understand people.

LOL...reviews suck. Most done by some liberal arts movie fag.

Go to the movie to be entertianed..not watch the History Channel. I'm sure it will be inaccurate as hell...but if its entertaining, its 6 bucks well spent.

How much do you folks pay to get into the box office? It's 6 bucks down here.

On a side note, they just showed on the news the 2 P-40's used in the movie being flown to the new museum in Caldwell ID. It was awsome they did a low fly by at the camera, awsume looking machine. Jug I'll be going over there next week. If you could give my some ideas for questions Anyone else, feel free.

I would think that, "Can I take some pictures of the cockpit?" would be one. Or, "Do you have any tech manuals I could look at/copy?" Could be another.

I'm going to go just to see the planes... don't really care if the movie is good or bad as long as it has excellent battle sequences.

Sunray,
I think Razer has a book that shows all the views of the cockpit. If there are more specific questions like, what does that one due? what about that one... and that one there???
Or I was thinking of 'can I take out her for a spin'

Ok then Dan, Lets say get feed back from friends and the guys here.

Here movies are 8.50 evenings and 5 on tuesdays and afternoons.

A large pop, popcorn and bag of licorish is another 10 even.

So for me and the GF to go see shrek movie it was 20 in the afternoon.

REALLY funny movie BTW, totally NOT a disney, they actually make fun of all the disney movies the whole way through, no big songs where everyone joins in, except at the end and thats a rock song or something wacky.

Eddie Murphy rocks in it.

Spanky - is that a megaplex or a regular theatre? Further west the regular theatres are about a dollar cheaper than the prices you quoted, but the megaplexes (which are slowly becoming the only ones left) are 12.50 for a movie!!! Not to mention food and snacks...

Hey Dan I'm talking Canadian funds so its acually cheaper here.

LOL

WM, Thats at a 4 theater place at the mall, There only one other theater downtown with I think 2 theaters.

They both suck ass, Sometimes I swear the sound isn't even in stereo let alone surround.

The only problem (besides the overall quality of the theater) was that they had the sound down just a hair too much, I'm guessing so it wasn't too loud for the kids. Thats ok though if that was their intention.

Its actually more of an adults movie cause the kids don't get most of it.

Thing that has me going is I saw a Faith Hill music video with cuts from the movie.

There were SPITFIRES in some of the clips. It'll be interesting to see where they come into the story.

7.50 US Dollar = 11.60482 Canadian Dollar
7.50 Canadian Dollar (CAD) = 4.84712 US Dollar (USD)

Median price was 1.54631 / 1.54731 (bid/ask).
Minimum price was 1.54050 / 1.54140
Maximum price was 1.54950 / 1.55020

So we pay about 4.50 US for an evening show.

LOL.

Whats your min wage down there Dan? Ours is 6.85.

I know your not making that, I'm just wondering if job blow min wage worker is trying to go to a movie, where is he better off.

HEHE if travel was free of course.

LOL.
