A good dip recipe I have to share;

1 8oz package of "Philly" (or whatever) Cream Cheese

5 pcs of Armor (or whatever) sliced Dried Beef

2/3 Green Onions

1 box Nabisco Wheat thins (got to be Nabisco)

Get a med mixing bowl. Slice onions from the root (disgard root) up to and including much of the green. Remove 5 pcs of Dried Beef and rinse under luke warm tap water, (too salty otherwise) Dry on paper towel. Add 8oz Cream cheese and mash together (this it the tough part). Mix coarsely, it's doesn't have to be pudding, just get it even. Apply Wheat thins like a shovel and enjoy. Wheat thins can take this heavy abuse, other crackers just won't hold up to this viscous material. This is a great dip for all occasions, holidays (beer) watching TV (beer) playing SDOE (beer) hope ya like it...

This is one of my favourites:

1x Philly cheese

1x jar of seafood sauce (the stuff you use with prawns)

1x tin of peeled prawns (drained)

1x tin of crab meat (drained)

1/2 teaspoon of crushed garlic

tobasco sauce to taste

mix together similar to what Psi said then add:

1x packet of crackers

1x six pack of beer (with emergency supply in fridge)

1x game of football

Enjoy !!!!

Got to try that one AGAS, that really sounds good Hey me too Bigg's, we have a salsa here in the West called Rieser's and it is the best stuff you have ever tasted. I like the kind of stuff that has a stand alone taste, meaning you could eat it without anything else...
