A Czech film about their pilots in the Battle of Britain. Great stuff! Excellent aerial scenes (at least in the trailer).

Looks great, I especially liked the bit where the Spitfire zoomed past the camera firing, and you see the spent catridges falling through the sky. Now I wonder how i'll ever get to see it? Maybe buy it on video next time I visit Prague?

Tough one to find info on! Its Chzech title is 'Tmavomodry Svet' but I discovered its English title is 'Dark Blue World'
Theres a bit of info here:

You'll find more if you search under 'Jan Sverak' (director and oscar winner) and 'Dark blue World'. Some pretty well known English actors involved too. 60% in Chzech, 40% in English. Good news is that we probably will get to see it in the cinema (providing you've got a good independant cinema close) as the director is highly regarded.

The white headed guy that says "hail hitler" near the begining was in an episode of Pensecola Wings of Gold not to long ago.

This preview rocks! I really hope the I can get a dubbed version when it's released, or release it here in the US.

If it's war movie first, love story a distant second I'm fine with that... I actually thought Enemy was a good mix, although given it was Rachel Wiesz I think the rules were a tad more flexible. Looks like there's at least one real hottie in this movie (waves to the old guy in the plotting room). Mee-ow, Czech chicks rule.
