I was very saddened to hear tonight of the passing of one of my favorite writers, Douglas Adams. A sad lost, my thoughts are with Douglas' family. http://www.douglasadams.com/ http://news.bbc.co.uk/hi/english/uk/newsid_1326000/1326657.stm ------------------ silas Demon's Runway Fortes fortuna adiuvat Fear, that's the other guy's problem.

Wa, Thats blowing my mind. He wrote some great stuff. I used to read it out loud to friends cause every line was so good, that I couldn't just read the good ones. IP: Logged |

Wow... Hithikers Guide to the Galaxy was one of the first pieces of science fiction I ever read... to think there will never be any more stories of Arthur Dent, Ford Prefect, and Zaphod Beeblebrox... A sad day indeed. On the plus side... perhaps there will be no more Vogon poetry either...-Stark IP: Logged |

Yeah, I was also very supprised and saddend, I saw the TV series of Hithikers Guide, then read all the books afterwards, in this case I take my hat off to the TV producers because it was literaly identical to the books, very very funny and great reading, boy would I love to see that Total Improbability Drive in action one more time IP: Logged |
