Yeah. I like having a 'moody' desktop. And I did the pic in my sig!! Anyone able to see the pic of my desktop up there, both now and by right-clicking and the copy-and-paste stuff??------------------

my background is black with a pic of a over head shot on a hopped up eclipse when a nude chick that's only covered up with the racing seat belts. ------------------

Mine is predominantly black, with the profile of a Russian soldier's face and helmet on the right side and the Enemy at the Gates logo and actors names at the bottom. I got it from their site and then airbrushed out the 'coming to theatres..' junk.Werner ------------------

All right, since you can't see mine up there, it's black, with icons from an EAW theme and some icons I found on a SWOTL site, with different JG, ZG and KG badges. Pic is of an F-18 at the moment of breaking the sound barrier, with a lot of condensed water around it. Pretty surprising for a plane junkie, eh?? IP: Logged |

Thanks for taking the time to respond to this guys. The reason I ask is that I keep my DT a dark blue, about the color of those old Christmas lights. The reason that I do this is for phosphor burn in. I want to keep my screen in good condition as long as I can. I thought by asking that question it would help me to understand others that may have these concerns. I am really impressed with the black screeners, or do you do theat for the sinister look . You guys that have the active DT and the pictures are very passionate about what you like, IMO,  especally Razor...ThxP IP: Logged |
