168 people died in the worst act of terrorism ever seen on American soil. Amongst those killed were 19 children in a day-care. Remember them. Remember so that the Timothy McVeighs of our world can never be succesful in commiting such an atrosity again. Remember so that our children never forget.

Rest in peace, we will not forget you.

Looks like he's going to get his pretty
shortly. Leathal injection is to easy for
him though. Killers should be dealt with the
same way that they treated their victims. In
McVeigh's case I would reccomend putting him
in a shed and telling him sometime in the
next week were going to blow up this shed.
Let him ponder it for about 4 or 5 days
before blowing the shed up. This would sorta
simulate how he killed his victims.

There was a child-killer in I think it was Pakistan, who avoided police for a long time because he dissolved the 'evidence' in acid. Any ideas what his sentence was? Hung by the neck until dead, then chopped into X number of pieces (one for each of his victims, in excess of 60 as I recall), then dissolved in acid himself, all in a public place. Within the last year this was.

What worries me about McVeigh is that he is going to become a martyr for all those nutjob militias you guys are plagued with down there.

I'm not too worried about that myself... most of the "nut-jobs" as you so succinctly put it are more show than anything else. I get the feeling that McVeigh's death will point out to them the Gov't is not playing in these matters and will bring you to justice if you commit terrorism here. And yes, Justice does = death in this case.

I don't think we have to many folks who are willing to martyr themselves to their cause just yet...

Well, I still think it was too good for him
but the scumbag was pronounced dead this AM
from leathal injection. He's lucky I haven't
became dictator yet because it would have
been a lot worse than getting a needle stuck
in his arm.

Ya know what really mindnumbing with the lethal injection? They actually clean the spot where they inject him with alcohol to prevent infecttion!

Hell, I'd let the needle sit out in the rain for a few weeks and accidentally fill it with battery-acid before I'd swab the bastard with an alcohol swab!

Leathal injection is to good for murderers... I say bring back ol' "smokey"... and fry the pieces'o shit...

I read a few unsettling things this morning, like for one he looked right into the camera that broadcast it live to the survivors and relatives in Oklahoma City. Man that must have been creepy, especially if it was on a large screen. I also read that none of the reporters thought there was a clearly visible point where he "turned a corner" and died. Also creepy, in a way, that life left his body so easily.

*shudder*

Too easily if you ask me. McVeigh was supposedly
a patriot who loved the USA. How ironic that
probably most of the people in the country
he loved were behind his execution. Just goes
to show how twisted his mind was.

And just to think, it took 6 years to kill the guy... Yeah lets feed and clothe the guy for 6 freakin years, and then kill him! Man if it were up to me, I would have that asshole on trial a week after and then kill him the week after that. (After hes ben proven guilty of course)

You have the right to a quick and speedy trial my ass...

Well I'm glad it takes so long to execute someone...for two reasons. One, it reduces the chances of a "mistake" by allowing multiple appeals and reviews and long investigations. This removes an argument of the anti-death penalty crowd. Just think how they would have reacted if those FBI files turned up after the execution.

Two, let the bastards sweat it out on death row for a few years.
