Anyone else have this game? The gameplay is best described as a "god" sim, quite literally, with all that implies (I find it quite fun, some think its boring). However, that isn't the point of my post. My point is that this game looks fantastic. It has a fully 3D world which you can zoom out to see the whole thing, or zoom in to see the facial expressions of you followers. It has a physics system and even includes dice, bowling balls and pins which you can set up on your world and throw around. You can pull up trees and plant them, throw people, rocks or cows, scare the fish by poking the water, etc. Absolutely the coolest graphic engine I've ever seen. Anyone else as enthused as I am? control system sucksgraphics arent that great, seriously i dont see whats so impressive. takes forever to load the game (tbird 800, 256ram) just saving a game takes a big chunk of time, thank god i discovered to turn off the auto savegame feature. overall its not that fun, its tedious having to teach your creature all the miracles so he'll do it on his own. and my village is pissing me off cause they want food and water and such, why the hell cant they get it themselves! AHHHH thats it, im going to take my tiger and go on a rampage on my village! sorry i dont usually go off on a game that much, just that so many people seem to enjoy it while im sitting here, thinking.... why the hell am i playing this? Zool, you don't think the graphics are amazing? I think it is the most impressive thing I've seen on a home computer.I generally ignore my villages' needs once I've conquered it. Also, thier needs are usually in response to surpluses of other things. Lots of food means they want lots of babies. Lots of babies means they want lots of wood for new houses, etc. By ignoring one thing you can keep them from needing other things. I will admit that a lot of my enjoyment of the game comes from the graphic engine. I would like it a lot more if you could build armies like PowerMonger or Populous, but I guess that wasn't the point. Blasius, I'm a different Lothar
