Well, this is the game that'll probably pull me away from FS. Never thought I would see the day... or the game... I am absolutely IN LOVE with it.... check this out... it's 7MB, but well worth the wait of your on 56K.

HUGE maps. three 60 Million Sq. Ft. high-detail outdoor environments. Steal weapons off of guys. Medic/Sniper/ect units. Fly attacand transport choppers. EVEN attack jets. 100 player multiplayer games....ohh, just found out there is even boats! I could go on and on.... so D/l the demo before I do! LOL ------------------

I've played the demo and it rocks. It is what alot of halflife mods aspire to be. The online possibilities are huge...I look forward to the game... Elric IP: Logged |

I played the demo and its good. its excellent when the unexpected heavy armour starts to roll into the village and your trapped. kind of like the private ryan scene.
controls are difficult though and AI is a bit wonky. Still, i'm really looking forward to the final release. We need lots more games like this. A game where you control a squad, and are given different orders, recon,linking up with armour, take a farmhouse etc. Kind of like Close combat in 3D, would be cool. From normandy landing to breakout for instance - one huge map with lots of little tasks to perform, and the occassion really big attack.IP: Logged |

...or a game revolving around the 82nd and 101st airbourne at Normandy, where you join a unit, train for your mission and drop, chances being that your not where your supposed to be. You then try to find your bearings, link up with scratch units and take on different missions, each time the game would be different, like an open campaign - great reply factor. Probably a developers nightmare but it would be fun.  IP: Logged |
