Author Topic:   Darwin bombed - 59 years ago today AGAS - 5 Pilot posted 02-19- 04:34 AM                Yep, it's been 59 years since 3 IJN carriers parked themselves in the Timor Sea and sent their carrier air groups to attack Darwin. The first servicemen and civilians killed in action on home soil in the defence of Australia. Lest we forget.
