As you can see from the topic name, IE5 won't display Java. How do I make it do that???

Also, Microsoft stopped supporting Java around version 1.1.1, so any Java written using new features (new as in the last 3 years) won't work in IE. This sucks because Java now has some pretty cool UI, 2D and 3D APIs which you can't use in applets because no IE people would see them.

Go into the security setting in Internet Options and see if it's selected under Java permissions. If you're on IE 5.5 Internet Options is under Tools. Either way it's in there.
